HOUSING...
With Homelessness on the rise and many struggling to pay their rent or mortgage, one of our main goals is to ensure that basic needs like food, shelter, and clothing are met for the girls and families we serve.
And with your One-time donation of $25-$500 we will go above and beyond to make a long-term positive difference. As we enhance their quality of life for those receiving resources, support, and specialized intensive residential treatment for now and years to come.
HEALTH & WELLNESS...
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) such as: physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and neglect causes trauma which lead to behavior problems, poor decision-making, coping skills, etc.
So your One-time donation of $50-$250 will support us in providing interventions, services, and supports focused on improving their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
FAMILY SUPPORT...
Love and Connection is a basic human need that can be lacking when everyone in the family is busy or on survival mode. As a result, depression, anxiety, and hopelessness can be an unintentional result. So SERENITY HOME FOR GIRLS, INC, works hard to strengthen these relationships while building and developing positive and healthy networks crucial to the lives of our recipients.
With your ongoing MONTHLY donation of $20-$100 will go towards materials for family support groups, personal development and trainings that encourage Social Emotional Learning (SEL), that are culturally relevant for the girls, families and communities as a whole.
